Description:  produced on the volcanic island of Ischia from the indigenous biancolella grape. The wine maker allows salt from the Mediterranean breeze to remain on the grapes for a delicious salinity. Sunlight yellow with golden reflections.  Intense nose of white flowers and spices with hints of sage and gorse.  Ample palate, medium bodied good acidity and a great mineral finish.
