CARAMELLO SALATO- Caramel infused with the sea salt of Sicilia.

FRUTTI DI BOSCO SORBETTO- Wild forest berry sorbet made with fresh berries imported from Piemonte.

AMARETTO - Almond cookie gelato made with Dolce Aveja cookies imported from Abruzzo

STRACCIATELLA- Whole milk woven with milk chocolate chunks throughout.  The Italian Chocolate Chip! 

VALENTINO  Rich notes of fresh strawberries covered in a blend of Italian milk & dark chocolate. Pure decadence. 

DESIRE Imported Amarena cherries from Modena infused in Lancaster milk  Fiore di latte gelato. The signature flavor cited when Gran Caffe L’Aquila won “Best of Philly”

PISTACCHIO  Imported Sicilian pistacchio sourced in the area of Mount Etna in Sicily. A signature flavor which was featured by Stefano Biasini when he won the Italian Gelato Championship 

BACIO  Italian Dark chocolate, Milk Chocolate & Hazulnuts from the Piedmont. Based on the famous “Bacio” chocolate but created from scratch by Gelato Champion Stefano Biasini 

FONDENTE  70% dark chocolate imported from the Piedmont masterfully woven into gelato 

CAFFE   Our Award winning L’Aquila espresso roast infused into gelato. The effect is that of a creamy Cappuccino with authentic Italian flair
